performance in Miguel de Cervantes’ classic tale. From the
bullfighters, to the gypsies, to the street dancers, to the famous
windmill, this production of thwarted young love is as charming as it is
lavish. Performed by students of the Superior Performing Arts Ballet
School and Principal dancers Sarah Silvestri, Eriberto Jimenez,
Stephanie Ferrari, Jordana Pirella, Melissa Benitez, and William
