ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE PERFORMERS RELEASE

I , The undersigned, hereby grant right and permission to Cintronart Productions and/or Bradley Marshall Photography to take photographs, digital video/film footage, motion picture, and or audio reproduction of the person(s) named below in conjunction with private photo shoots (by Appointment), hafla/parties, shows, performances, dance workshops and or events, etc...subject to the exceptions (for soloists only) listed below, if any.

I accordingly give Cintronart Productions and/ or Bradley Marshall photography the right to use my image, voice, pronouncements, likeness, my name, and any biographical information submitted by me in connection with such events, whether used in excerpts or in whole.  Use is granted for any associated advertisement, publication or exhibition, and without limitation, the right to edit, mix, or duplicate and to use in whole or in part for broadcast, marketing, sales and distribution in product form of DVD, CD-ROM, or other media, now known or later developed, as well as public relations and press materials, advertisements, documentation of events, subject only to the exceptions listed below, if any.  These rights granted herein are perpetual and worldwide.  I acknowledge that I have no interest or ownership in the products (film/photo) from these events or its copyright and that the producers are free from financial commitment or obligations to me as a result of this agreement.  I understand that the products of Cintronart Productions and/or Bradley Marshall Photography are copyrighted materials.

I understand that signing this release in no way prevents me from using my own material in any manner I desire.  I agree that I will not alter, edit, or duplicate media images from this event without permission from Cintronart Productions and/or Bradley Marshall Photography (i.e.,edit video for YouTube, burn duplicates of DVDs, remove watermarks from images).  In the event that any materials used in my performance contain the work of other individuals or organizations, I understand that it is my responsibility to secure any necessary permissions/licenses and to give proper credit as needed.

I the undersigned, certify that I am 18 years or older, and have read this release and understand all its terms.  I execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.  I have executed this Release as is
evidenced by the ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE below.
