Our DVDs are recorded/copied using high
quality equipment and play in most DVD
players and computers.  However, some
older model DVD players have difficulty
reading some discs.  Occasionally there are
label or duplication problems and every
attempt will be made to replace DVDs with
defective coding.

We cannot refund payments
on pre-show purchases.  
Merchandise must be returned
in same condition.

Finally, production schedules can be hectic and we
make every attempt to release videos in a prompt
fashion.  However, obtaining release forms and credit
or advertising information from dancers,
promoters/show managers, as well as computer
glitches, printers, national holidays, acts of nature
(hurricanes), the common cold, and other "issues"
may delay release and shipping.  Please except our
humblest apologies for any delays and we hope that
our service and the quality of our products make up
for any inconvenience.
